My journey started at the youthful age of 6 years old when I decided I'd like to be like Uncle Scrooge in my favorite Golden Book and take my rowboat around a giant money pit full of gold coins.

In my youthful wisdom, I determined my path to riches was to create a circus and invite all the neighborhood kids over to dress up and act as clowns and animals (and of course pay for admission).

To this day I'm not sure if it was because of the fun I had in my first entrepreneurial venture, or the giant bag of chocolate freckles, allens milkbottles and gummy snakes I was able to consume on the way home from school the following week.

Roll forward 20 odd years and a bunch of ventures later, just past the start of the internet but several years before social media as we know it (the 90's), and I find myself launching one of Australia's first-ever social media sites with a group of friends as a side hustle to my day job in IT project management. 

In the process, I discovered that whilst companies are sometimes ok at creating leads, the vast majority suck at managing and converting those into actual business and have no systems for creating a repeatable process to attract, convert and keep A-Class clients.

I firmly believe it is one of the reasons that only 4% of businesses make it to 7 figures, and 0.4% make it to 8.

It also put me in a position where I spent much of the 00's speaking to, and educating marketing agencies about the emerging digital marketing and social media space.

2014 saw another career shift into my current business, Win More Clients. Not as a 'marketing agency' in the traditional sense of content creation, branding, or lead generation, but as a specialist strategy and marketing automation agency.

Since then I've been on a bunch of stages, hundreds of podcasts, and implemented CRM systems for more than 1000 clients in 37 different countries and I can't wait to add more conversations.

My passion hasn't waned since my exuberant 6yo self to see businesses succeed and have fun in the process of changing our world.
